Lori,

I just wanted to reach out and give you an update on Ziggy. He is a great dog and has meshed with the family perfectly. You breed some great dogs! He's keeping Ruby young. Hope all is well with you.

Thanks,

Hey Lori,

We wanted to update you on Fitzgerald. He has already fit right in with our family. Both our cat and other dog have accepted him and there were no issues with introductions. Our girls love him and he is snuggled and played with all day. We came back from our first veterinary appointment today. The vet said Fitzgerald’s health was great and that the records were perfect. We received many compliments on how beautiful he is, and that we should expect him to be a rather large lab since he weighed in at 17 pounds 14 ounces!

I would like to thank you on the ease of the entire process. Your Sunday emails were extremely thorough and never left us feeling like we were missing information about our new puppy. I will highly recommend your labradors to anyone looking for a lab in the future. Thanks again,

The Munch Family

Hi Lori,

Shaq is one more jump away from his Master’s if he can keep up with his caliber…he freaking loves doing dock diving and Chewbacca loves being his cheerleader.  Your dogs are amazing….we continue to hear so many compliments along the way with both of them…their looks , their temperament…all of it….

Hi Lori,

It's been awhile since Tim and I sent an update on Jake. To refresh..he was sweet Guinness' last litter, born 5/9/20. He has grown into such a lovable ball of pure craziness..haha. He gets super excited with people and other dogs. Cats..not so much! He's never been face to face with one, but when he sees them, his instincts come out. He's definitely a protector of his property and us, always alerting when someone is walking by. But, will also flop on his back for belly rubs if anyone comes to pet him. He loves being outside, going on car rides and his two daily walks. We are always asked about his breed because he looks like a little bear. We just adore his personality and everything about him.

Hi Lori,

Waylon is continuing to be amazing!  We love him so much and can’t imagine our lives without him. He went on his first trail ride with kyle, me, and the horses and did great. He goes for a walk everyday at lunch with his pop pop. He goes everywhere we can take him with us, we go to the dog park once a week with my dad (his poppi) and diesel (my parents golden) and he has lots of friends there! He continues to be a perfect boy at work with my residents. He licks them, sits with them, lays at their feet, and when no residents are in the gym he takes his naps on HIS egg carton mattress topper he impresses us with his ability to go from loving, sweet, and gentle demeanor at work but playful and non-stop energy at the dog park at just almost 6 months. He is our entire world

He’s also finding sheds in the woods now!! And he has been pheasant hunting 3x to begin to learn the ropes and be around and comfortable with guns and he’s been great with that!

Hi Lori,

Blue continues to be an absolute dream and just adores our kids. I do wish he'd stop stealing socks off the the baby's feet but if that's the worst I have to put up with, I'm ok with that lol!

We have an appointment scheduled to discuss the plan to neuter with our veterinarian. I'm wondering if people ever request to wait until 2 years? I've read conflicting information about their growth plates needing time to close and properly develop before cutting off those hormones.

And as always, I have to include a photo of our goofy guy!

Thanks again,

Melissa Ferrier

 Hi Lori

Just wanted to send you a picture of Olive's first duck retrieval. She's doing great with hunting, and is an absolutely fabulous companion for Kate and me.

Hi Lori!

Just wanted to check in and say hello! Hope you and Mr. Phil are having a nice Fall, your puppy season is going well and Tula is enjoying herself!

Lufi is great, he finished teething, is over 45lb now. He graduated Puppy class and now we have Saturday morning training classes, and he is in a private day care (no leash, no cage) with 4-5 other dogs one day a week.

We walk 3 miles almost every morning where he can swim, play with the deer, and sniff around the forest.

He gets an omelette with two eggs and various veggies each morning with his kibble, and an extra apple in the afternoon before dinner- enjoys it a lot before his nap on the couch.

Hope to be able to see you sometime and catch up.

Have a great weekend!

Lori,

Hope you and all the dogs are well. We’ve had a busy fall so far but it’s been a blast with Sam. He “graduated” from his basic puppy class last week and is truly an exceptional dog. He’s full of love and energy!  He’s perfect for us. We also signed him up for “day camp” a day or two during the week. While he’s extremely tolerant of conference calls…we know he’d much rather be outside playing.

Enclosing some pictures!

All my best-

Jennie

Hi Lori

Henry turned 1 in August and Ruger 5 this month. We wanted to give you an update on how the boys are doing. Henry and Ruger have turned into quite the dynamic duo and don’t go far without each other most of the time. They both love sticks from the yard and all the new toys they get when they destroy the toughest toys we can find lol.

All in all Henry is happy as can be, loves to snuggle with his big brother and has quite the personality. Ruger loves having a buddy to run around the house with and play at all hours of the day and night. They both love sitting on the back deck at our home in Downingtown and love going up to the Poconos with us and telling the deer they are there too when they get to close to the back deck up there.

We are so lucky to have such amazing boys from you thank you for allowing us all the joy that both Ruger and Henry have brought to our lives.

Good morning Lori

We are at our house in Maine where Ottie has not only been receiving blueberries as high value training treats but has now also discovered the plants those treats came from and is “self rewarding” (we control intake).

She’s doing well and enjoying the open fields at my mother’s farm next door and was the star attraction in the village of Belfast last evening.

Hi Lori,

Our baby Eva is perfect – quickly learning her commands and she is a snuggler – love that!!  Thank you so much for bringing her into our lives, give Bella a hug from us.

By the way, she is the hit of the neighborhood with her cuteness – always a tail wag and getting socialized with the other furry friends.

She is growing daily –

You are a terrific start for these young puppies – thanks so much!!!

Hi Lori,

Chase is the name! Doing really well overall!  Both dogs seem to really enjoy each other.   A couple times, a little too playful, but Chase runs back for more (only a couple yelps from him and Scooby has responded appropriately).  We are watching closely!

Chase hardly ate on Saturday (a lot going on for him), did better on Sunday, and had a really good appetite this morning.

Thanks again for your help and support!  I’m sure I’ll be emailing you for advice in the next couple of weeks.

Have a great day!

Hi Lori,

I passed along your contact information to a guy in Philly I met while on a walk with Murphy. He was so impressed by Murphy’s calm demeanor, he said he would look into a future dog through Bowery Run. I saw him recently, he said after speaking with you it would be about a year or so before your wait list clears up! I’m so glad to hear your pups continue to be in high demand.  I’m attaching a few pictures of Murphy, he has completely taken over our lives in the best way possible. He has also taken over our neighborhood in Philly. I think everyone within a 5 block radius of our home knows who he is. He loves other dogs, kids and adults alike. The Murph Man is truly a sweetheart who is getting big quickly. Everyone who meets him is blown away by how calm he is, especially for an almost 5 month old puppy. As of Monday he was 39 lbs.

Hi Lori,

Shaq had more vaccinations last night.  He weighed in at 27 pounds.  Our vet just smiles when he talks about him.  He said he is put together, has such a nice disposition and can’t really expect him to look and be any better.  He said he just provides happiness which is what we all need.  What would we do without you?  He makes us laugh and has put light back in Mojo’s eyes.  Can’t thank you enough.

Hello Lori!

I was looking through pictures of Jax and he has grown so much since we first picked him up! We’ve learned that he loves boiled chicken breast and is always excited to eat his food! Frozen bananas and yogurt are some other favorite treats. He also loves to play in the snow and we’ve had quite a bit of it lately! He and I are both excited to get some warmer weather though so we can get more walks in. We just love him so much and think he is just the prettiest dog!!
