Pachangas Mr. Tibbs from Chester was a talented chocolate male owned by Ralph Brumbley. Chester quickly earned his Junior and Senior AKC hunt titles and achieved his AKC Master Hunter title in March 2014. Chester comes from champion hunt and English lines and had extensive normal health certifications through the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals, Certified Eye Registry Foundation, and is tested clear for exercise induced collapse.
